We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia, including both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Peninsular Malaysia:
    • Standard Shipping: Based on Item weight.
    • Express Shipping: Available upon request.
  • East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak):
    • Standard Shipping: Based on Item weight.
    • Express Shipping: Available upon request.

4. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Please allow additional time for order processing during these periods.

5. Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia:
    • Standard Shipping: Typically 5 to 7 business days
    • Express Shipping: Typically 2 to 3 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak):
    • Standard Shipping: Typically 7 to 12 business days
    • Express Shipping: Typically 4 to 7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, weather conditions, and logistical issues.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on our courier’s website.
