The Moose Blowpipe Valve locks in place very easily into the blowpipe stock using a tool provided with the valve. The valve can be fitted and removed at any time for cleaning or for when seasoning leather bags. The air flow through the valve is excellent, with no restriction. The valve is very well engineered using highly durable material.
Due to its shape and positioning in the stock, the valve also acts as a spit trap. Condensation is caused when blowing air into the bag. The condensation collects around the wall of the stock and gets trapped between the wall of the stock and the tube of the blowpipe valve. All you need to do is remove your blowpipe, turn the blowpipe stock upside-down and pour out the spit. Very simple and very effective.
